This Privacy Policy explains how QOWeb.AI ("QOWeb," "we," "us" or "our"), a Quantum Outbound company, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit qoweb.ai, use the QOWeb dashboard at myqoweb.com, or buy our website build, hosting and maintenance service (together, the "Services").
1. Information we collect

- Account information: your name, email address, password and business name when you create an account.
- Billing information: billing name, address and payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Website content: the descriptions, prompts, text, images, files, domain names and other material you provide or create so we can build, host and maintain your website.
- Communications: messages you send us, such as support requests and feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring pages and the date and time of visits.
- Log data: technical records our hosting and security providers create when you or your visitors access the Services, used to keep sites running and secure.
2. How we use information
- Provide the Services: generate, build, host, update and maintain your website.
- Create and manage your account, and process payments and subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests and send service messages, such as billing notices and important updates.
- Send product news and offers, which you can opt out of at any time.
- Monitor, protect and improve the Services, including preventing fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Prompts and content you submit are processed by artificial-intelligence tools to generate and edit your website. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share information
We share information only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run the Services, such as our website-building and hosting platform, content delivery and security providers (including Cloudflare), payment processors, email providers and AI providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Our affiliates, including Quantum Outbound, for the purposes in this policy.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of QOWeb, our users or others.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets.
- With your permission or at your direction.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
qoweb.ai uses only the technical data our hosting and security providers need to deliver the site; it does not use advertising cookies. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. The myqoweb.com dashboard uses cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate your account. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking required cookies may stop the dashboard from working.
5. Data on websites we host for you
If your website collects information from its own visitors, such as contact forms or online orders, you are responsible for that information and for giving your visitors any privacy notice the law requires. We process that data on your behalf only to host and maintain your site.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After you cancel, we may keep information for a limited time to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, then delete or anonymize it. Website content and backups are deleted on the schedule described in our Terms of Service.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted (SSL) connections, isolated hosting and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Account details: you can review and update your account information in the dashboard.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You will still receive service messages.
- Access, correction and deletion: depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to appeal our decision. To make a request, email us at contact@quantumoutbound.ai. We will verify your identity before acting and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your information to perform our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running and improving the Services, to comply with law, and with your consent where required. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard.
